Cost Calculator and Multicorp

I bought the Cost Calculator and did not cooperate with the purchased Multicorp WP, cost calculator support wrote:

It seems that the Visual Composer you have is embed in the theme, and it is possible that your theme is preventing additional shortcuts from being added.

Please consider contacting your theme’s support, and check with them if the additional shortcodes for VC are somehow blocked, and if there is something they can do, so the Cost Calculator would work with your version of VC.
