Customize what shows on the blog excerpt page

    Your default blog page currently shows this:
    * Icon for post type
    * Title of post
    * Date of post
    * Number of likes & comments
    * Excerpt

    I want to edit this – I don’t want to show the icon, or number of likes & comments to be shown on this page. Also, I’m using masonry and there is no “read more” button on the bottom of the excerpt. I’d like that to appear.
