Form Fields in Quform and Affiliate pro plugins

    Hi,

    Firstly congratulations on developing an excellent theme with Bodial.
    Most of all I have noticed your support is fantastic!

    I am a complete newbie and I’m having problems with forms and form fields using Affiliate Pro. I’ve managed to create a nice contact form using Quform but using the forms in Affiliate pro doesn’t seem to get the same result.
