Gray Bar at Bottom of Each Page (?)

    Hi – In Safari, FireFox, and Chrome there is a gray “screen-sized” box that appears at the bottom of each page with an “X” at the left hand corner, which, as far as I can tell, does nothing.

    Is there a way to remove this box and gray bar?
