Header Top Bar Menu

Hi,
I’ve turned the header top bar menu on for my site but I can’t seem to find where to get rid of the other sticky navigation menu so I have two menu and search icons on top of one another.

I was hoping to just have the top bar with a single menu icon on the left side and a search bar included in the top bar (similar the search bar in the ‘about this site’ page). I’d like for people to be able to search directly from all pages.
