hiding date, tag, and comments on blog posts

Hey there,
I have a few questions that I can’t for the life of me figure out.
1. Where do I find where to change the main nav/menu option to have words instead of an icon. Before I updated, I was able to find this and make sure it was always the word menu and not the icon, since updating, I can’t find where to do this.

2. Similarly, before the update, I was able to select turning off the date, tag, and #of comments in the blog post header on the blog classic landing page… I can’t find that option now under theme options->blog options. Can you direct me on where to find this now?

3. I have a subscription form that I brought in from mail chimp. It used to have a subscribe button. Now it takes the info just fine, but there’s no where to push “subscribe” do you know why this isn’t showing up? The button was there pre-theme activation….
