Images not resizing correctly

Hi,

If you scroll down to the Our Clients section you will see the profile based Cube Masonry.

The images are getting cropped. Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue.

Also I need to arrange the project in alphabetical order and how to add a | (pipe) or – (hypen) as a separation in the filtration.
