Installing theme from Mojo Marketplace – encountered exception

    Just bought this theme at mojo marketplace. When I hit install, it starts installation and after approx 2 mins comes up with exception encountered and stops. Can you please assist with resolution as we are going live on Monday. Greatly appreciated
