Logo/Header image size on mobile

Hello, I’ve searched the forum and I don’t think I can find a question that pertains exactly to my problem. The forum has been very helpful for many things I’ve been easily confused about, by the way! :)

Is there any way to make my logo bigger at the top of my site, in the header area, on mobile view? I’m attaching a screenshot of the customize tool screen in WordPress to show you what I mean. I want my logo to fill more of the space at the top (I think it’s .ish-row_inner area maybe?).
