Make menu items open in a new tab

Hey, pretty new at this, but here’s a quick question: I added some social media icons to my menu bar using, for example, “ish-icon-facebook hide-text” in the CSS Classes (optional) box. I’d like for clicking on those icons to open up the social media site in a new tab. Is there a simple way to do this?
