Multilayer Vertical Parallax

Hello! I’m using three layers under the services section of my website using the multilater vertical parallax

I wanted to know if there was a way to give the layer with the mountain/lake background a special CSS ID or class so that I can have the background-attachment set to scroll and change the background position of that specific layer to 0% 600px. Basically, what I’d like to achieve is to have the mountain/lake background layer remain fixed while the clouds move and disappear behind the mountains on scroll and give the background more room before it shows up.
