Nothing in the "plugins" directory on the new theme

Hi there,

I want to upgrade my theme to the new one. So I donwloaded your theme files on Envato, and I noticed that the “plugins” directory is just.. empty!
As I saw on many posts, we have to update the assets plugin with the new theme to make it works good.
So Im’ afraid to do the upgrade, because I don’t have the plugin “assets” to update on your package.
This is normal?
