Open portfolio items in new window and multiple sliders autoslide not sliding

Hi,
First of all lovely theme.
I am using the creative home page for my site from the imported content. I am facing two issues:
1. in portfolio on clicking the image i want the user should get redirected to a specific url in a new tab. For that i used seo by yoast did 301 redirect, it worked BUT i am unable to figure out how to open the url in a separate tab.
Also i do not want the categories to be shown in the portfolio area on the home page.

2. Slider: i am using 3 sliders in my home page created through page builder. i have selected the auto slide option for each of them but the slides do not slide automatically.
