Problems Installing plugins

    Hi, I’m trying to finish installation of the theme but I don’t see any “Install Plugins” in the appearance section of WordPress. How do I install the:

    “WPBakery Visual Composer”, “IshYoBoy Freelo Assets” & “Contact Form 7” plugins
