Remove Mini Nav from Single Blog Page / Translation readmore

    Dear Ishyoboy Team,

    thank you for a great and very versaitle theme.
    I would need to
    1) remove the mini nav- buttons , newer and older posts from the Single Blog Page
    2) Translate the read-more text/button/link into another language.
