Removing the the text "Navigation" from the bottom of blog posts

Hello!

I would like to remove the text that reads “<>Navigation” at the bottom of blog posts. I want to keep the navigation itself, just remove this textual label above it.

I think I’ve found the code, but I’m not sure how to manipulate it so that it is hidden.

Perhaps this is the code:
