Row backgrounds are "zooming in"

    Hi Guys,
    I have a pretty big issue which needs to be solved asap.
    I added an image with some text as row background to display it underneath the menu bar, but the image is getting zoomed in, and the text disappears underneath the menu bar.

    Is there a way to solve this issue?
