Row height with background img

Hello,

I read this post (https://support.ishyoboy.com/forums/topic/row-height/) about adjusting the row height, which is very useful for my website.

Though, I found out that if I set a height (like “100vh”) for a row, the rule is ignored when using a background image.

Is it possible to make a css rule for the row height, while using a background image?
