Serious and strange connection problem with 2 of your themes?

i don’t know if it’s a theme problem, an hosting problem or whatever…
but i’m having this problem with a minicorp installation and a boldial one.

when i change some theme options, and click save
CONNECTIONS BLOCKS.
i mean
i can’t more connect to my hosting (i have 2 servers with 2 logins and 2 ip addresses, i can’t connect both of them)
for 30 40 minutes…
i can’t connect via ftp, via plesk panel, nor visit the site…
strange thing is problem happens on all pcs/macs of our design studio, no one can’t connect to our hosting…

i don’t know what can be the problem (already opened various tickets with hosting, they say they don’t see problems with my server, same with my ISP, i asked to remove black lists, and see if there are problems.. no problems), so before asking help to you, i tried almost anything…
