Setting Opacity in top Navigation bar

Hi there,
I want to bring the opacity down to 80% on the top Sticky Navigation.

I looked through the support pages and tried:

.ish-part_header.ish-sticky-scrolling .ish-row { background-color: rgba(43, 43, 43, 0.8 ); }

Didn’t seem to work. Please help?
