Shipping Options

Hi there,
I’m wondering if it’s possible to add on extra shipping options at the checkout. I have changed the shipping classes and added in the costs (for example a flat rate, then another option for Rural delivery as the posty charges extra for that…) but cannot seem to have this option available at the checkout, it just comes up with one option – the flat rate..
Also, if you can add other options, how do I add in an international fee? & is there a way that it can be calculated based on where they live… (as that varies too)
