Social sharing and expandable bg image

Hey, Its a wonderful theme,I only give 5 star ratings :D
i have few questions(May be so simple !) May i know how can i get the Social sharing icons on the right side (as like the theme demo) and also i added some widgets in the expandable section and it just shows black bg, how can i add an image (with some nice opacity) as like in theme demo?
