Theme errors? Background Image, Main Nav & Logo not displaying properly

This evening, for some reason, my site when from looking great, to having errors where the custom background image no longer displays, the main nav is the wrong color and both it and my logo are shifted out of place (left). These are just some of the things I noticed… there may be more.

I didn’t make any changes to these things myself, so I was wondering if perhaps there is an error in the theme somehow?
