Top Bar Navigation Hover Colour

    Im trying to set a custom colour on the hover state for the top navigation menu bar

    Can you tell me what CSS i need to include in custom css please.

    Also I am trying to do the same on the sidebar widget as i have included a menu and want the hover state changed to a custom colour
