Top decoration on footer?

    I LOVE the clouds decorations you have for rows!! It fits so well with my business theme “Tree in the Sky”. Can you tell me how I can add the clouds decoration to my footer? That way the content is separated from the footer in every page with the cloud decoration. Thanks!
