Update is not installing.

Hello Ive tried to upload the new update several times and I keep getting an error saying Please try again. Im not sure if Ive done this correctly. I received an email saying there was an update and when I clicked the link it took me to the inside of my account. I didnt see an update link so I just clicked download then all files and documentation.
