Urgent: Missing "add to cart" button

Hi there,
After I updated both wordpress and minicorp to the latest version, the + and – arrows and add to cart button is gone from my product page. Also Fancybox for product photo gallery is not working anymore. No products with Variations can be added to shopping cart. Would you please see if you can help me to located this problem asap?
I also notice an error message from woocommerce:
SOAP Client: Your server does not have the SOAP Client class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.
Will this be the cause?
