Visual composer – Settings design

Hi,
It’s me again.. sorry for that.
(I don’t know how to remove my previous post ‘translation’…)

I try to update the background color posibilities for the rows.
I can’t access to “Settings design” in the settings of visual Composer.
I only have “General settings” and “My Shortcodes”..
Any ideas?
