What page should I set the WooCommerce Shop Page to?

In WooCommerce Settings, Products Tab, Display (mini-tab under Products Tab), what page should I put in for the “Shop Page”? Right now it is blank, but the Shop page that came with TinyShop WP is working in that it shows all of my products. However, the code itself on your Shop page doesn’t seem to have any relationship to what is being displayed in the browser when that page is rendered.

Also, the browser Title of that page is showing as “Products Archive” even though the WP page name is “Shop”.

I don’t want to mess up my site by putting the wrong entry into the WooCommerce settings field for “Shop Page”.

Let me know what you think I should do.
