Wrong page's title on google search results

    Hi,
    Actually i don’t know if the problem is related to your theme but it seems that every page’s title has the following syntax : title i defined – Home (in google search results)

    “Home” is added to each page’s title of my website. I’m actually using SEO plugin by Yoast. Do you know where the problem could come from ?
